Emergency Alarm for Elderly, Woman and Children
As a technical partner for IMA, DDMA, EDRAC, Kochi Corporation and Hospitals in association with MAGICS for implementing a service-based solution, we designed and developed devices which can aid or automate the following services:
Emergency Alarm System
Emergency Alarm with AutoAlert
CRED Embedded Servers installed in Flats and Residence Association
Multipurpose Alert System for Elderly
Our Emergency Alarm System initiates calls and alert messages to the listed number and local government law enforcement machineries with the simple press of a button. Select from either a pendant style button, or a button on slim, lightweight wristband.
Emergency Alarm with AutoAlert gives you an added layer of protection. It can automatically send a signal to the controller device if it detects any unauthorized access, fire, smoke, which is important during a serious emergency.
CRED Embedded Servers could be installed in Flats and Residence Association to internetwork volunteering service within the community of a specific association. It can use a common control device to take the alert to the volunteers
Multipurpose Alert System is for elderly who needs to find specific services relating to Medical Emergencies, connecting doctors, police station or even to trigger Emergency Alarm
MAIN FEATRURES
> Can set up 5 to 10 phone numbers: Through back office system or call centre software. All volunteers will be contacted in parallel. When one volunteer accepts, all others will be informed via text message.
> Can set 5 to 10 SMS numbers: when there is an alarm, it will send SMS to
these numbers
HOW IT WORKS
> The device will have two switches on the front panel – An SOS button and a
switch to turn off the emergency call made within 6 seconds.
> When SOS button is pressed, SOS alarm (continues or intermittent audio
sound) by a buzzer inside the device will be audible for upto 5 minutes.
> On pressing the SOS button, the system will wait for 6 seconds before it
dials a call.
> If the SOS button was pressed by mistake, user can press the reset button to discontinue the SOS calls
> If not reset the calls will connect to 4-8 selected help GSM numbers in parallel with the call connecting to the first volunteer who responds to the call.
> This alert could be triggered by the Auto Alert Sysem too
> SMS to be sent to 4-8 selected help GSM numbers with the caller’s personal
number, House address and location geo-coordinates. Simultaneously, these
numbers will be called in parallel (not in sequence one after another) to
connect to the responder as early as possible. If no volunteer attends the call,
the call will be diverted to nearest local police station.
> Once triggered, there shall be a switch that can be pressed (reset) on the
device by the help-provider volunteer after reaching the house. This will
document that help has reached in time. The device has to communicate and
register this event with the call centre.
> If reset button is not pressed by the volunteer within 20 minutes, information should reach the call centre
> If Call Centre also fails to respond, it is escalated to the nearest police station
> There is a facility for voice communication. Volunteer can speak to the SOS caller on the move to help him/her out
> Calls from the white list can connect automatically after two or three rings.
> All calls will be recorded and saved for a minimum of one month.
